2. Services Offered

Perfect Cleaning Home LLC offers professional residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Regular home cleaning (weekly and bi-weekly)
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Specialized services (inside windows, organization, laundry, post-event cleanup)

All services are provided directly by our trained team. Estimates are free and without obligation to contract.

3. Appointments and Payments

By providing your phone number and giving your consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from Perfect Cleaning Home LLC, which may include:

• Transactional messages related to your account, appointments, or requested services
• Confirmations, reminders, and important notifications
• Marketing and promotional messages, only if you have given your express consent

The frequency of messages may vary depending on interaction and services requested.

Accepted payment methods:

• Zelle
• Cash
• Bank transfer
• Credit card (with a 2.9% surcharge for processing fee)

Payment is due after each completed service.

4. Consent (Opt-In)

Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained in a clear and explicit manner through web forms, checkboxes, or other authorized means.

Giving your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition for contracting our services.

5. Cancellation of Service (Opt-Out)

You may cancel receipt of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you receive the messages. Once the request is sent, you will receive a cancellation confirmation and will stop receiving messages.

To resubscribe, you must complete the registration and consent process again.

6. Appointment Cancellations

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the service value.
• If our team arrives at the residence and cannot access it, a missed visit fee equivalent to 50% of the service will apply.

7. Help and Support

If you need assistance or more information about our SMS messaging program, you can reply HELP to the same number or contact us through our official customer service channels.

8. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the plan contracted with your mobile service provider. Perfect Cleaning Home LLC is not responsible for additional charges generated by your telephone operator.

9. Carrier Responsibility

Mobile telephone operators are not responsible for delayed, undelivered messages, or failures in SMS message transmission.

10. Privacy of Information

The handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

Perfect Cleaning Home LLC does not share, sell, or rent mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any cleaning area, please contact us within 24 hours following the service and we will re-clean the area at no additional cost.

12. Security and Trust

Perfect Cleaning Home LLC is licensed, insured, and bonded for your protection. All members of our team have background checks. However, we recommend securing personal valuables before each service.

13. Modifications

Perfect Cleaning Home LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect once published on the website.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws in the United States and comply with industry regulations and standards for A2P (Application-to-Person) communications.

15. Age-Gated Content

By registering, subscribing, or interacting with our services, the user declares and guarantees that:

• They are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction to receive such content.
• They provide truthful and accurate information regarding their age.

Perfect Cleaning Home LLC reserves the right to:

• Implement age verification mechanisms when required.
• Restrict, suspend, or cancel access to content or services if it is determined that the user does not meet applicable age requirements.
• Deny sending SMS/MMS messages when content is classified as age-gated and the user has not confirmed meeting the minimum required age.
